   1. Project Head
    The incumbent should be an engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical/ Electrical, with a minimum experience of 20-25 years and professional achievements commensurate with the scope of work envisaged. He should have project execution experience of having developed at least two coal based thermal power plants of capacity not less than 1,000 MW (unit rating of 500 MW) and would be responsible for all technical aspects related to establishing the Thermal power project ranging from equipments to process to transmission. The candidate will assist the CEO in coordinating and monitoring the techno-commercial aspects related to the project during the stages of designing, construction, commissioning and the O&M thereafter.
  
   2. Head of Operation and Maintenance
    The incumbent should be a Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering graduate from a reputed institute with 15-20 years of relevant experience in Operations and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plants. He should be capable of leading the Operations and Maintenance team implementing the best Operations and Maintenance Strategies to accomplish the overall objectives of the company. The selected candidate shall be responsible for managing the Operation and Maintenance of all equipments at the Thermal Power Plant.
   
   3. General Manager (Engineering)
    The incumbent should be an engineering graduate, preferably Mechanical/ Electrical with 15-20 years experience in Thermal Power Plants and also be well versed with thermal power plant systems, auxiliary design, commissioning and O&M aspects of thermal power plants, design of structures, piping, roads, bridges, etc. related to a thermal power plant. He will also coordinate with local and central statutory authorities for attaining different clearances. Techno-commercial evaluation of vendor's offer and equipment selection. Monthly budget allocation and clearance of invoice as per original Contract value. Review of field progress, coordination with vendors, material status review for execution, review of commissioning schedule, progress monitoring, erection and commissioning of boiler and its auxiliaries, erection and commissioning of turbine and its auxiliaries, erection of HT and LT drives, fans, ducts, pumps, etc. Erection of temporary piping for acid cleaning, steam blowing of boiler, commissioning of b     alance of plant equipment like DM Plant, Fuel oil system, etc. Hydro test of boiler, acid cleaning of boiler, boiler light up and steam blowing, steam blowing, steam dumping and turbine rolling, mill trial commissioning, turbine and generator commissioning, boiler light up, turbine rolling and demonstrating Unit running on load PAT and PG testing.
   
   4. Dy. General Manager/ Sr. Manager - Civil
     The incumbent should be a B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 12-18 years experience in Thermal Power Plants and will be responsible for civil works monitoring, quality assurance, lay-out in consultation with consultants, technical specifications, co-ordination with consultants during the engineering stage, finalization of contract specifications, bar charts for controlling the work progress, preparation of estimation of quantities, progress reports, monthly budgetary planning, verification of contractor bills, fix monthly/ weekly targets for contractors, review of contractors' progress on a monthly, weekly and daily basis, timely completion of project works, delay analysis and overall monitoring of engineering and site works including contracts.
  
    5.Sr. Manager/ Manager - Procurement/ Contract & Material
    A professional with over 10-15 years experience in Materials Management, Contract Management, Tendering, Commercial Operations and Logistics. Proven talent in Project Procurement and Contract finalisation for timely delivery of material, service/ sub-contracts together with adherence to budget limits. Procurement proficiency in managing bulk, capital and O&M Procurement, Contract, Tendering, Logistics and other allied commercial functions, etc. Exploring the vendors/ contractors in terms of their expertise, experience, market reputation, quality and standards, net worth, turnover, etc. Skilled in negotiation, managing logistics function with extensive knowledge of government policies and regulations. Extensive experience in import operations-customs clearance, to strengthen supply chain effectiveness. Possess an indepth knowledge of Customs Law, Import/ Export Policy and other related laws applicable for Imports and Exports. He should be a keen analyst with excellent relationship management and abilities     in liaison with various regulatory authorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical, team building, problem solving and organizational abilities. Power Plant experience is essential for the above post.
   
  6.  Manager - Planning & Co-ordination
      The incumbent should be an engineering graduate with a minimum experience of 8-12 years and the professional achievements should be commensurate with the scope of work envisaged. The candidate would be responsible for maintenance of generation with intended operating parameters of Boiler, Turbine and Electrical Systems; addressing critical issues and finding a solution through effective root cause analysis, commissioning of equipments related to the Thermal Power Plant, executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditure.
